I DRAW

  • Original characters

  • Fanarts ands ships

  • Fantasy characters with creature features (ears, mermaid tails, wings, horns, etc)

I DON'T DRAW

  • Mecha/Furries/Complex monsters

  • Hard NSFW/ Gore/ Violence

  • Hateful topics

  • Other artist's style

⭒ GENERAL TERMS ⭒

  • Send me your references, examples, color palletes and everything you have in mind for better understanding your concept

  • The prices are for personal use and will have a watermark/signature. Let me know if you are looking for commercial usage (prices will increase)

  • Requests can be made via DM on Instagram or Discord (@emkika)

  • I reserve the right to refuse to make a commission if I don’t feel comfortable, so let’s discuss it first!

  • Prices are subject to changes depending on difficulty.

  • Please be patient! Timetable is 7-14 days after payment (depending on the complexity) I’ll let you know if it’ll take more or less time (:

  • Changes on the drawing after it's finished (for reasons not related by mistakes I could have made in the way) will only be available with an extra charge

⭒ PAYMENT ⭒

  • Payment is made upfront before starting the sketch, an invoice will be sent after we discuss all the details of your commission

  • Payments via Paypal ONLY.

⭒ CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ⭒

  • If you are on waiting list and don’t have the money/changed your mind, let me know so I can postpone your commission or empty the slot for somebody else, no problem

  • No refunds once I started making the commission

  • If for any reason I’m unable to make/finish your commission, you will receive a refund proportional to the situation

  • If you are getting refund, do not request a chargeback from paypal, I’ll refund it myself

  • If you request a chargeback from Paypal, you will lose the rights of the commissioned piece and I will have the right of earning profit of it in other ways. Also I will reject the chargeback with Paypal

⭒ USE ⭒

  • You can share the artwork on your media, crediting must be given for the commissioned piece

  • Don’t claim it as if you drew it or erase/cover/crop my signature

  • Don't use the artwork commercially without prior agreement

  • I have the right of sharing the commission as part of my portfolio with a watermark. (Unless it´s stated as a commercial commission, thus it won’t be posted anywhere)

  • I won’t use commissioned pieces for making physical or digital products

⭒ WORKFLOW ⭒

You will be notified when you are next on the waitlist, after the payment commission process begins and I will send you advances (with watermarks) on these stages:

  3. Flat colors, for checking the general color palette

  4. Render, so you can check lights, shadows and other details

  5. Delivery of JPG and PNG with watermark via email though a Google Drive folder

  6. If you request a change thar completely alters the original take after approved the sketching step, it will be considered as a new project, thus it will have new delivery dates and a new amount to be paid.
